Request Account & Data Deletion

You may request the deletion of your ISS Hub account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us by email.

How to Request Deletion

Please send an email to iss@atuiss.com using the same email address associated with your ISS Hub account.
Use the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.

Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and delete your account and personal data within 30 days.

Data Deleted Upon Request

When your deletion request is processed, the following data will be permanently removed:
• Account profile information
• Email address and login data
• Posts, comments, messages, and uploaded media
• Event bookings (unless required for financial compliance)
• App usage data linked to your account

Data We May Retain

Some information may be retained for legal, financial, or security reasons:
• Payment and transaction records
• Anti-fraud logs
• Server logs (kept for up to 12 months)
