Who can join ISS?
ISS is open to international residents and other eligible members of our community across Ireland. Some memberships, features, or events may have specific eligibility requirements, and in some cases we may ask for verification before approval.

Can I use ISS Hub on Android and iPhone?
Yes. ISS Hub is available on both Android and iPhone, and the download links are available on our sign-up page.
If I signed up somewhere else, am I automatically an ISS member?
No. Your ISS membership is only confirmed once you complete the official ISS registration process and your application has been approved where required.
When will my membership be approved?
Most registrations are reviewed as soon as possible. Approval time can vary depending on application volume and whether any extra checks or verification documents are needed
Why has my account not been approved yet?
Your account may still be under review, waiting for additional information, or pending verification. If you have been waiting a while and have not received an update, please contact us at iss@atuiss.com

We may ask for identity verification to confirm eligibility, prevent fraud, protect our community, and help keep the platform safe and trustworthy.
What documents might ISS ask for?
Depending on your application, we may ask for documents such as an Irish Residence Permit (IRP), Public Services Card (PSC), student ID, or proof of enrolment. In some cases, we may ask for additional documents if needed.
Is my verification information kept safe?
Yes. Verification documents are handled securely, are never publicly displayed, and are only accessed by authorised personnel where necessary.
What happens if I do not send the documents requested?
You are not required to provide documents, but if verification is needed and not completed, your membership, access to some features, or participation in certain events may be limited.
